NeTREP helps people realize that living and working in Northeast Tennessee can improve quality of life. From affordable housing options to endless outdoor recreation experiences, our region can meet the needs and exceed the expectations of an educated workforce. Through the Talent Connect program, our Partnership works to attract more talent to the area and connect qualified candidates to employment opportunities in the region. The Partnership also hosts an Outdoor Development program, which aims to support our local outdoor recreation community, enhance assets and give back to public lands.
